The second step of connecting an app, after the person approves it on `/connect`.

/api/v1/auth/app/tokenThe second step of connecting an app, after the person approves it on /connect. Send the code with the PKCE verifier and the same redirect URI. The code is spent on any attempt, so a failure means starting the connect flow again.
