Machine identities.

Usage

penv machine <subcommand>

Every command also takes the global options.

Subcommand	What it does
`enroll`	Bind a server keypair from a one-time secret

Code	Name	What it means
`0`	`ok`	The command did what it says.
`1`	`error`	Something went wrong.
`2`	`auth`	Not signed in, or the credential was rejected.

penv login: Sign in with a device code; the credential goes to the OS keychain.
penv push: Move local values to the cloud and delete .env.
