Rename a project; a folder linked to it is updated too

Rename a project; a folder linked to it is updated too.

Usage

penv project rename [--org <org>] <old> <new>

Every command also takes the global options.

Argument	Required	What it is
`<old>`	yes	The current name.
`<new>`	yes	The new name.

Flag	What it does
`--org <org>`

Code	Name	What it means
`0`	`ok`	The command did what it says.
`1`	`error`	Unclassified failure. The message on stderr names the cause.
`2`	`auth`	Not signed in, or we rejected the credential.
`3`	`validation`	The schema or the values did not pass.
`5`	`no_credential`	No credential is available and none can be obtained.

penv project new

Create a project with a development environment

penv project rm

Delete a project and every value in it, for good
